Shot over 2 months and made up of over 13 000 photos, this timelapse piece canvasses the beauty and magic of Australia’s Top End. The video includes the Top End’s most iconic national parks such as Kakadu, Litchfield, Nitmiluk and Limmen, as well as other well-known local natural sites including Darwin’s East Point and Ludmilla Bay, and the Daly River.
Big thanks to OKA for the use of the track (www.okamusic.com) and Sustainable Dreaming (www.sustainabledreaming.org) for the lend of the camera.

**For the techy folk out there, here’s the details of how this was shot: photos taken on a Nikon D7000 and Canon 5d Mk2; pans and slides with a Syrp Genie (www.syrp.co.nz); photo editing in Lightroom 4 and LRTimelapse; video rendering in Quicktime 7; and film editing in Final Cut Pro X.**
